The Role
The purpose of this role is to play a valuable role in our Investment Team, as Centralised Research Coordinator. You will support the research framework that underpins adviser recommendations across the business.
As our Centralised Research Coordinator, you will typically:
- Be responsible for coordinating the delivery of the monthly Centralised Research process
- Maintain audit-ready records, document research outputs, archive due diligence evidence, and ensure processes remain accurate, compliant, and reviewed annually
- Develop and improve research accessibility and user experience
- Prepare research reports, presentations, and communications to the wider business
- Act as a key point of contact for research enquiries for employees across other departments
- Support cross-functional projects and business initiatives.

What We Are Looking For
What we are looking for in our ideal Centralised Research Coordinator:
- Proven experience working in a financial services setting, working with Financial Advisers or Investments
- Strong communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Experience in research or due diligence processes
- Excellent attention to details and communication skills
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
