Hours: 25-30 paid working hours per week, worked flexibly to meet the business needs. This may include occasional evenings and weekends.
There is potential to increase the hours to a full time role for the right candidate.
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience. Pro rata based based on hours.

We're looking for an enthusiastic Centre & Business Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the centre, lead our team and help ensure the long-term success and sustainability of the business.

You'll be supported by an experienced team, including the Owner, Chief Instructor, Technical Advisor, Bookkeeper and wider centre team. Together, you'll help ensure Up Climbing continues to grow while delivering an outstanding experience for our customers.
About You
You don't need previous climbing industry experience. We're looking for someone with strong leadership skills, commercial awareness and a passion for working with people.
You may have management experience in retail, hospitality, leisure, finance or another customer-focused environment.
