18–20 hours per week | Kincraig, Cairngorms National Park

Cairngorms Christian Centre is looking for an enthusiastic and capable Centre Manager to lead the day-to-day operation and continued development of our residential Christian retreat and accommodation centre.

We welcome churches, schools, community groups and individuals, providing a safe, welcoming environment for hospitality, fellowship and Christian retreat.

About the role

Reporting to the Chair of Trustees and working closely with the Board, you will provide operational leadership across the Centre, ensuring excellent guest experiences while supporting its long-term sustainability and Christian mission.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing bookings, enquiries, guest communications and invoicing
  • Leading and supporting staff, volunteers and contractors
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations, housekeeping, facilities and maintenance
  • Monitoring budgets, income, expenditure and financial records
  • Ensuring health & safety, safeguarding, compliance and risk management
  • Supporting marketing, social media, website development and business growth
  • Building relationships with churches, schools, charities and community organisations
  • Reporting to and working collaboratively with the Board of Trustees
  • Acting as an ambassador for the Centre's Christian vision, mission and values

You will need excellent communication and leadership skills, sound administrative and financial ability, and a genuine commitment to creating a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.

The role is 18–20 hours per week, with flexibility to meet operational needs, including occasional evenings and weekends.
