Job Opening: Centre Manager for Emergency & Acute
Medicine and Emergency Care Division are looking for an agile, dynamic, and delivery-focused leader to join our Division as Centre Manager for Emergency & Acute.
About the Role
Urgent and Emergency Care services within the Trust are challenged, and we are seeking a candidate who has a track record in successful partnership and collaboration with key stakeholders to support transformation.
Responsibilities
- Accountable to the Divisional & Deputy Director of Operations, the post holder has the responsibility for the business and performance management of the Centre.
- Ensuring that key performance targets and strategic objectives are met, including managing capacity and demand to achieve targets.
- Working in collaboration with key stakeholders across the Trust and wider health economy, you will demonstrate a strategic approach to service improvement and best clinical pathways.
- Supporting process/pathway redesign and producing business plans/business cases to support development within the centre.
