Anderson Knight is delighted to be recruiting for a commercially minded and customer-focused Centre Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of two flexible workspace centres in Glasgow and Edinburgh.

Following a recent acquisition of both locations, this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business at a pivotal stage of its expansion. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving occupancy, enhancing the customer experience, and supporting the continued growth of the centres.

This is far more than a traditional office management role. You'll be responsible for creating a vibrant and professional environment for clients, generating new business opportunities, organising events, and ensuring both locations operate to the highest standards.

Location: Glasgow & Edinburgh (Travel Required)
Salary: Up to £31,000 per annum
Hours: Full-Time | Permanent | 40 Hours per Week

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of both the Glasgow and Edinburgh centres
  • Drive sales, occupancy, and revenue growth across both locations
  • Manage enquiries, conduct viewings, and convert prospective clients into tenants
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximise retention
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience for visitors and occupiers alike
  • Work collaboratively within a job-share arrangement to ensure seamless centre management
  • Plan and deliver networking events, community initiatives, and client engagement activities
  • Support the creation of social media content that showcases centre activities and culture
  • Manage suppliers, contractors, and general facilities requirements
  • Monitor performance against key business objectives and KPIs
  • Identify opportunities to improve operations, enhance services, and generate additional revenue

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Friendly, confident, and naturally people-focused
  • Commercially minded with a proven ability to drive sales and business growth
  • Highly organised and comfortable working across multiple locations
  • A strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
  • Proactive and hands-on, with the ability to take ownership of responsibilities
  • Creative and confident contributing to marketing and social media initiatives
  • Experienced in planning events and creating engaging client experiences
  • Comfortable travelling between Glasgow and Edinburgh on a regular basis
  • Experience within flexible workspaces, serviced offices, hospitality, property, events, retail, or another customer-facing management environment would be advantageous, but attitude, energy, and commercial awareness are equally important.

Additional Information

  • Working Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm
  • Travel between Glasgow and Edinburgh required approximately twice per week
  • Train travel expenses fully covered
  • Glasgow site operates alongside a part-time Centre Manager in a job-share arrangement
