Centre Operations Coordinator – Saturday Education Centre

📍 Birmingham – Ark Victoria Academy OR Broadway Academy

🕙 Every Saturday, 10:00am–2:30pm

💷 £60 per Saturday

📅 Ongoing Saturday role

🏫 1 position available at each centre

Brainology is looking for two highly organised, proactive Centre Operations Coordinators to join our Saturday operations team.

This is not a basic admin or reception role. You will work closely with the Site Manager and teaching team to help manage the day-to-day operation of a busy education centre. We need someone who takes ownership, spots problems before they become issues and makes sure students and parents receive an organised and professional experience every Saturday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Site Manager with the smooth running of the centre
  • Taking ownership of the trial student journey from arrival through to feedback
  • Welcoming and registering trial and new students
  • Managing student information and records on Teach 'n Go
  • Ensuring registrations, forms and required student information are complete
  • Keeping on top of student requirements and outstanding actions
  • Liaising with teachers throughout the day
  • Ensuring trial feedback is completed by teachers before the end of Saturday
  • Collating feedback and supporting communication with parents
  • Liaising professionally with parents regarding their child's attendance, registration and centre experience
  • Supporting student onboarding and ensuring new starters are fully prepared
  • Working closely with the wider Brainology operations team
  • Completing ad-hoc operational tasks required by the Site Manager
  • Identifying operational issues and helping resolve them quickly

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You must be extremely organised, confident with parents, comfortable using online systems and able to manage multiple priorities at once.

Most importantly, we want someone who takes ownership. You should not need to be constantly told what needs doing — you should be able to understand how the centre operates, stay on top of outstanding actions and actively support the Site Manager.

Working Arrangement

Every Saturday, 10:00am–2:30pm onsite.

Positions are available at:

📍 Ark Victoria Academy, Small Heath

This role would suit someone looking to build experience in education operations and centre management, rather than someone seeking a traditional administrative position.
