Job Title: Centre Support Advisor
Location: Havering across 2 Schools in Romford and Rainham - Car advised due to varying locations and hours
Rate: £16.84 hour
Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm with up to 2 late shifts 3:30pm-9:30pm - must be flexible
Our client is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Centre Support Advisor to join their vibrant team within the education sector. This role is pivotal in promoting and marketing learning opportunities across 2 Schools in Havering.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and centre support to management and teaching staff.
- Engage with learners face-to-face, over the phone, and via email, delivering accurate preliminary guidance.
- Assist in the smooth operation of the centre, including opening and closing duties and ensuring security protocols are followed.
- Process financial transactions, including fee assessments and refunds, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Contribute to marketing activities, promoting courses and services effectively to potential learners.

Requirements
- Proven customer service experience, particularly in a team-oriented setting.
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle for travel between sites.
