Opportunity to Work on AI and Digital Transformation
This is an opportunity to work closely with senior decision-makers on one of the most commercially important shifts facing modern organisations: how to apply AI and digital transformation thinking in ways that improve business performance, leadership decision-making, and long-term growth.
In this role, you will advise CEOs, founders, and executive stakeholders on practical business strategy, transformation priorities, and leadership decisions connected to AI adoption. This is an advisory and consulting role, not a statutory CEO or board appointment.
The Client or Stakeholder Problem You’ll Help Solve
Many leaders recognise the potential of AI, automation, and digital transformation, but need practical guidance on where to focus, what to prioritise, and how to translate emerging technology into real business value.
They need someone who can combine strategic judgement, commercial awareness, and leadership credibility to help shape better decisions and clearer action plans.
Why Your Background Matters
If you have built credibility in senior leadership, consulting, transformation, commercial strategy, or business improvement, that experience can be highly valuable here. You may not come from a technical AI background. What matters most is your ability to work with senior stakeholders, understand business priorities, and help turn complexity into practical direction.
Employer-provided onboarding and role-specific support may be provided where relevant. No applicant payment, training purchase, membership fee, or programme enrolment is required to apply.
What You’ll Be Trusted To Do

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
