About ActAI

There are over 5 billion users using basic applications today such email, notes, tasks, calendar and they're not AI-native. Our mission is to build proactive applications for anyone in the world, who are not used to complex prompting. We aim to bring intelligence to conversations, errands, organising and workflows, with minimal to no prompting.

Our product focuses on achieving high reliability for long-running workflows, persistent context, and real-world task completion. We believe products will greatly reduce hallucinations.

Our objective is to organise anyone's life, allowing us all to spend time on valuable and meaningful things.

About the Role

The CEO - AI Stockbroking will build and own an AI-native stockbroking business. The role combines brokerage infrastructure and market expertise with AI-native research, discovery and trading experiences.

What you will be doing

  • Define the AI Stockbroking proposition, product roadmap and business model.
  • Build AI-native experiences across stock discovery, research, trading, portfolio management and market information.
  • Own P&L, funded accounts, assets, trading activity, revenue and unit economics.
  • Build the brokerage product and underlying trading, custody and market infrastructure.
  • Work deeply with product, engineering and AI teams on product capabilities and execution.
  • Own brokerage, custody, market data and other key partnerships.
  • Build the core team and drive licensing, regulatory readiness and market expansion.

What you will need

  • Deep experience in stockbroking, brokerage, trading or consumer investing.
  • Direct ownership of a meaningful brokerage or trading product, business or P&L.
  • Strong understanding of brokerage economics, trading infrastructure, markets and regulation.
  • Strong product judgement and understanding of how AI can improve stock discovery, research and trading workflows.
  • Experience building and scaling technology products and teams.
  • Hands-on operating capability. Able to work directly through product flows, brokerage infrastructure, economics and execution.
