About the Job
MR Global Trade & Tech Innovation UG, operating by MR Global Group, is seeking a professional, trustworthy, organized, and discreet CEO Executive Personal & Wellness Assistant to provide executive, personal, lifestyle, wellness, travel, and day-to-day support to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s professional and personal schedule, appointments, and meetings.
- Provide executive and personal assistance on a daily basis.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, transportation, and business events.
- Accompany the CEO during domestic and international travel when required.
- Coordinate wellness, fitness, nutrition, and personal-care appointments.
- Assist with personal arrangements, errands, reservations, and household coordination.
- Handle selected communications and confidential information.
- Prepare schedules, documents, reminders, and meeting requirements.
- Anticipate the CEO’s requirements and proactively organize arrangements.
- Maintain strict confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree preferred.
- 1+ years’ experience in Personal/Executive Assistance preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong organization, coordination, and multitasking skills.
- High discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Flexible and comfortable with changing schedules.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
- Wellness, nutrition, fitness, hospitality, or healthcare coordination experience is an advantage.
- German language skills are an advantage.

Relocation & Sponsorship
Important: Recruitment is conducted in London, UK, but the selected candidate must be willing to relocate to Frankfurt, Germany and work onsite.
Additional relocation support, visa assistance, and flight ticket sponsorship may be provided to eligible selected candidates, subject to company policy, candidate eligibility, employment terms, and applicable immigration requirements.
Remote work is not available for the Frankfurt-based position.
