Our Client
Our client is an innovative, investor-owned established SaaS business looking for a commercially minded CEO to spearhead the next phase of their growth as well as instigate a shift in culture and help establish presence in new markets.
You will lead all aspects of the operation, build and drive strategic value, define the product roadmap, and set the strategy. You will be fully accountable for the results of this business.
Leadership
- Lead through an established management team (sales & marketing, customer success, product & engineering, finance) — setting clear priorities and holding functional leaders accountable for execution, rather than driving day-to-day delivery personally
- Create an open, accountable environment where people feel valued, are productive, and love their jobs — especially important in a fully remote organisation
- Own the long-range, annual, and quarterly financial and non-financial goals
- Develop and communicate a clear vision of goals and objectives, strategy, and philosophy about growth, revenue generation, and profitability, translating them into priorities the management team can execute against
- Generate, maintain, and review with the management team annual, quarterly, and monthly statistics on revenue, productivity, customer satisfaction, and improvement trends
- Stay closely engaged in day-to-day performance — sales, pipeline management, forecasting, engineering capacity, customer support, and customer delivery — through regular reporting and cadence with the leaders who own each area
- Identify and communicate risks and issues, and direct the management team on remediation and mitigation plans

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
