Role Description

The CEO Kavoshgarab role is a full-time, on-site leadership position based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The CEO will develop and implement growth strategies, build and maintain relationships with partners, investors, and stakeholders, and represent the organization in external forums. The role also involves:

  • Making high-level decisions on resource allocation
  • Supporting sales efforts
  • Fostering a culture of accountability and innovation
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and governance standards

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Operations Management and Business Planning to guide organizational efficiency and growth.
  • Proven experience in Sales and Strategic Planning to drive revenue generation and long-term positioning.
  • Leadership experience at senior or executive level, with the ability to make data-informed decisions and manage complex initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to represent the organization publicly.
  • Ability to work on-site in the London Area, United Kingdom, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Background in water resources, environmental management, engineering, or related fields is highly beneficial.
  • Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline is preferred.
