Ambitious, forward-thinking individual required for this founding opportunity to build and scale a high-ticket sales execution agency and be a part of a multi-venture tech group.
Company Details
StrideSales is a high-ticket sales execution agency specialising in technology, transformation, and specialist services (£10k–£250k+). We solve the "Founder-Led Sales" bottleneck by providing a full-stack, performance-led sales team. By utilising a Hybrid Performance Model, we align our success with the client’s revenue while maintaining a sustainable operational floor.
We are seeking an entrepreneurial Chief Executive Officer to lead StrideSales; a specialist sales execution agency focused on closing high-value B2B contracts in the £10k–£250k+ range. This is a founding operational leadership role responsible for building and scaling the entire commercial function — from validating markets and closing early deals to constructing a scalable sales organisation. The CEO will operate as the lead closer, strategist, and organisational architect, responsible for developing a performance-led sales environment that can deliver consistent revenue growth across both internal ventures and external clients.
This role requires someone comfortable operating in commission-led environments, leading distributed sales teams, and building systems capable of scaling complex B2B deal pipelines.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
