Riverside Studios
Riverside Studios is a multi-arts centre on the banks of the River Thames in Hammersmith, London, known for contemporary performance, film, visual art, and television production. Following a major redevelopment, it is reopening in a state-of-the-art building designed as a destination for live entertainment and a hub for innovation in live-to-digital arts. The new venue will feature three television/live arts studios, a cinema and screening room, rehearsal spaces, an archive and reading room, and riverside restaurants and bars. Its diverse program will include theatre, comedy, independent film, exhibitions, festivals, installations, conferences, and space hire for external events. Riverside Studios also produces FuturePlay Festival, a digital arts festival that showcases virtual reality, interactive experiences, live performances, and industry-focused events at the intersection of art and technology.

The CEO/Executive Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Hammersmith, London, responsible for Riverside Studios' overall strategic leadership, management, and representation. This position oversees day-to-day operations across artistic programming, commercial activities, finance, and facilities, ensuring the venue runs efficiently and aligns with its mission as an innovative multi-arts centre. The role includes developing long-term strategic and business plans, leading fundraising and revenue-generating initiatives, managing key stakeholder relationships, and ensuring financial sustainability. The CEO/Executive Director will work closely with the Board, senior leadership, and creative partners to curate a vibrant, diverse program and foster collaborations across live, digital, and community-focused arts. The role also involves leading the team, developing talent, and maintaining a positive, inclusive organisational culture that supports staff, artists, and audiences.

Qualifications
- A proven leader of a cultural, entertainment, hospitality or mixed-use venue, with a network to attract exceptional talent, world-class programming and audiences.
- A track record of critically admired programmes and the commercial acumen to double revenue and own the scale-up
- Ready to build and lead a high-calibre team, bringing two to three key people.
- A technology-led, data-driven approach to programming, audience development and day-to-day operations.
- The stature to serve as Riverside's principal ambassador to artists, sponsors, funders, community and public-sector partners.
