Hetmos Group – Founding Partner, London Office
The Group
We are an independent advisory group structured around three complementary verticals, positioned in high-value markets with a selective and confidential approach.
M&A: Mergers & Acquisitions Advisory
A new-generation firm specializing in the small & lower mid-cap segment: technical, technology, industrial and services businesses. We support executives and shareholders in their divestitures, acquisitions and build-up operations, with an approach centered on structuring, targeted exposure and disciplined execution.
Real Estate & Tangible Assets
Advisory and transactions on real estate assets with strong strategic value: investment real estate, commercial property, tangible assets and off-market operations, serving entrepreneurs, investors and wealth structures.
Wealth: Asset & Capital Structuring
Wealth engineering, holding structuring, long-term allocation and capital organization, for executives, entrepreneurs and investors.
Our DNA: rigor and discretion, selectivity in both deals and partners, long-term relationships built on trust, a methodology inspired by premium advisory standards, and absolute confidentiality, without intrusive commercial outreach.
The Role
As part of our international development, we are seeking a Partner capable of founding, structuring and leading the London office, covering a strategic axis: the United Kingdom's capital and one of the world's foremost centres of private capital, owner-managed business and international wealth, with natural bridges to the Middle East, North America, Asia and the Commonwealth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

This is not a representative position, but an entrepreneurial mandate: you drive the Group's development across your territory, cultivate relationships with executives and investors in the region, and build your own team as the office scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and develop the London office across the Group's three verticals
- Represent the Group with executives, entrepreneurs, investors, family offices and wealth structures throughout the country
- Identify and initiate opportunities in M&A, strategic real estate and wealth structuring
- Qualify deals and coordinate their handling with specialized internal teams
- Build relationships within the UK ecosystem (banks, debt and private equity funds, accountancy and legal practices, wealth managers, referral partners) and with the international investor community active in the market
- Recruit and progressively structure a local team
- Act as a trusted advisor, not a conventional commercial intermediary

Above all, we are looking for a posture and a network, rather than a standard CV.
- Senior experience in M&A, corporate finance, banking, real estate, wealth management or corporate leadership
- An active, qualified network of decision-makers, entrepreneurs or investors across the London / UK axis
- Ideally a strong understanding of British owner-managed business and succession dynamics, prime and commercial real estate, and the flows of international capital into the UK (additional languages being a significant asset)
- High personal credibility and ease in confidential, high-stakes environments
- Entrepreneurial mindset, autonomy and a strong sense of responsibility
- The ambition to build a lasting structure, rather than occupy a simple deal-sourcing role
Collaboration Model
- Founding Office Partner status (structure partner / associate partner)
- Attractive compensation, predominantly variable, indexed to the actual success of operations
- No income ceiling
- Prospect of partnership and equity participation based on involvement and results
- Access to an established structure, recognized expertise and a pipeline of qualified deals
