About ICEN
ICEN is a global community for corporate event professionals, operating across the UK, Germany, and the USA. We bring together in-house event teams through our flagship Conference & Awards, regional events, and year-round programmes, helping them prove the real business value of their work and connect with peers who understand the demands of the job. We're growing fast, with new events and initiatives launching across all three markets, and it's an exciting time to be part of that.
The Role
We're looking for an ambitious, high-potential individual who is brilliant at admin and genuinely loves it. This is a virtual role you can really get your teeth into: you'll own the operational side of ICEN end to end, from speaker and podcast nurturing through to sponsor coordination, event logistics, and systems, while working directly with our founder and learning the business from the inside. Joining the dots between people, projects, and priorities is essential to doing this role well.
Over time, as you build your knowledge of the business and the confidence that comes with it, there is scope to grow into a more visible role with ICEN.

Track 1: The Assistant Excellence
If you love getting things right and take pride in systems, detail, and keeping everything running smoothly, this is for you. You'll own end-to-end operational delivery:
- Own speaker and podcast nurturing end to end - from first outreach and booking through to briefing, on-the-day coordination, and follow-up, keeping speakers engaged and well looked after at every stage
- Manage sponsor relationships and coordination, ensuring commitments are tracked and delivered on time
- Handle event logistics, schedules, and briefs, joining the dots across multiple moving parts so nothing falls through the cracks
Track 2: The Strategic Thinking
If you like solving problems, spotting connections, and thinking about the bigger picture, you'll be doing this too:
- Support the CEO on strategic planning while owning the tactical execution that brings it to life
- Proactively solve complex challenges - spotting when things fall through the cracks and finding smarter ways to work
- Use AI and automation effectively to save time and work smarter, freeing up space for strategic thinking
- Manage multiple stakeholder relationships and work with data to understand what's working and what isn't

Track 3: The Growth Opportunity
