This is not employment. Summit Gyms does not pay a wage, does not set your rates and does not take a percentage of anything you earn.
Summit does not guarantee you clients either. What Summit does have is a leads list; members of the public get in touch looking for a trainer, and those enquiries are passed on to member coaches, with Partners and Residents getting first sight. That is a real source of work, not a promise of one, and nobody should take a place here on the assumption that Summit will fill their diary.
Coaches at Summit are fully self-employed. You bring your own clients, you charge what you charge, you keep all of it, and you pay Summit a monthly membership for a place in the building. The membership is a fixed monthly figure with no commission on top; it is discussed openly on the walk-round rather than buried at the end of a sales call.
If you are looking for a salary, shifts, or a gym that hands you a client list, this is honestly not the listing for you.

What Summit is
Summit Gyms is a private practice for personal trainers in Milton Keynes. Every other one-to-one profession in Britain has a room; physiotherapists, therapists, osteopaths, hairdressers. Personal training is the last skilled profession still working in public. Summit is the room.
The building at 62 Alston Drive, Bradwell Abbey holds two private training suites and a co-working floor. The functional fitness space is kitted to Hyrox competition spec. The strength and conditioning suite runs half racks, cable pulleys and top spec PU coated dumbbells, alongside custom adjustable benches built for one-to-one work. There is proper coffee, showers, and somewhere quiet to write up notes between clients.
Sessions are booked through the Summit app. Residents and Partners also hold a standing hour; the same suite at the same time every week, never competed for, so you can promise a client a time and actually keep it.
There are nineteen places in the building, across three tiers, and that is the whole business. Growth happens by opening another site, not by putting a twentieth coach in this one.

A coach with a Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification or above, current public liability insurance, and an existing client base to bring with them.
Someone who already runs their coaching as a business and wants somewhere that looks like one. The trainers who get the most out of Summit are the ones whose clients notice the difference in the room.
The move
The hardest part of changing gyms is not the money, it is telling your clients you have moved. Summit does that part with you; the message written, the photographs taken, and a walkthrough of the space with your name on it rather than Summit's. Any client who is uneasy about the change can be put in touch directly.
Practical
- Self-employed, no employment contract, no exclusivity. Your clients remain your clients throughout.
- Monthly membership, no lock-in past the first three months, and a month's notice to leave.
Summit opened in September 2026 and places are being filled one coach at a time.
