I am looking for a qualified and passionate Pilates instructor to join my growing mat-based Pilates business and work alongside me to help expand our community. This role is perfect for an instructor who loves teaching high-quality Pilates, enjoys connecting with people, and would like the opportunity to grow with a small, values-driven business. I am happy to take on someone new to teaching and help them grow.
My classes focus on building strong, capable bodies through mindful movement, with an emphasis on posture, strength, mobility, and long-term health.
About the Role
You will be delivering engaging and well-structured mat Pilates classes within the local community, (Chichester to Havant), helping clients improve strength, mobility, and confidence in their bodies. As the business continues to grow, there will also be opportunities to become more involved in developing the class schedule, supporting the community, and helping shape the future of the business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
