About Ten

At Ten, we help people move better and live longer well. We are a Pilates led health and wellness business built around our Circle of Care. This means our clients are supported at every stage of their journey, from pain and rehab to strength, confidence, and long term results.

Our studios bring together Reformer Pilates, Physiotherapy, Clinical Exercise, and Massage in one place. We work as one team, sharing knowledge and supporting each other so our clients receive truly personalised care.

About the role

We are looking for a Full Time Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our team across our London studios.

This is a full time role of 40 hours per week, offering consistency, structure, and the opportunity to build a strong and stable client base. This role is ideal for an instructor who wants reliability, regular classes, and long term growth within a respected brand.

You will deliver Dynamic Reformer Pilates classes as a core part of your weekly schedule, alongside one to one sessions that are personalised, safe, and results driven. You will live The Ten Way in how you coach, communicate, and care for clients, always putting quality movement and client experience first.

Your responsibilities

Class delivery and programming

  • Deliver high quality Dynamic Reformer Pilates classes across beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels
  • Ensure classes are well structured, engaging, and aligned with Ten programming standards
  • Coach with clear cues, strong observation, and appropriate progressions and regressions
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and motivating environment for every client

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
