Marks Sattin Executive Search is collaborating with a private equity-backed, international, multi-site consumer-facing business to find an experienced CFO. This is a high-impact leadership role, offering significant influence over strategic direction and commercial performance as the business scales internationally.
About the Role
The CFO will provide senior financial leadership across the group's international operations, translating strategic priorities into disciplined financial plans and maintaining strong control over forecasting, liquidity, and cash management. Acting as a key advisor to the CEO, they will provide insight, challenge, and support across commercial and operational decision-making.

Responsibilities
- Provide senior financial leadership across international operations
- Translate strategic priorities into disciplined financial plans
- Maintain control over forecasting, liquidity, and cash management
- Act as a key advisor to the CEO
- Provide insight, challenge, and support across commercial and operational decision-making
- Lead board and investor reporting to private equity standards
- Improve performance across a complex, international, multi-site operating model
- Strengthen financial oversight, controls, and reporting
- Lead enhancements to financial systems, data, and management information
- Support international acquisition activity and integration
The Ideal Candidate
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA)
- Proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience within a PE-backed environment
- Demonstrable track record within multi-site, operationally complex, consumer-facing businesses, ideally with international exposure
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic judgement, with the credibility and presence to influence at board, investor, and stakeholder level
- A hands-on, resilient, and adaptable leadership style, with the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments and support growth, transformation, and value creation initiatives
