Marks Sattin Executive Search is working with a PE-backed, international, multi-site consumer-facing business in the search for an experienced CFO to partner with the CEO and senior leadership team. This is a high-impact leadership role, offering genuine influence over strategic direction and commercial performance as the business continues to scale internationally.
The CFO will provide senior financial leadership across the group's international operations, translating strategic priorities into disciplined financial plans and maintaining strong control over forecasting, liquidity, and cash management. Acting as a key adviser to the CEO, they will provide insight, challenge, and support across commercial and operational decision-making. The role carries responsibility for board and investor reporting to private equity standards, with significant exposure to senior stakeholders. The CFO will play a central role in improving performance across a complex, international, multi-site operating model, strengthening financial oversight, controls, and reporting to drive consistency and accountability.

As the business evolves, the CFO will lead enhancements to financial systems, data, and management information, improving visibility and supporting informed decision-making. They will also support international acquisition activity and integration where required.
The Ideal Candidate
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA)
- Proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience within a PE-backed environment
- Demonstrable track record within multi-site, operationally complex, consumer-facing businesses, ideally with international exposure
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic judgement, with the credibility and presence to influence at board, investor, and stakeholder level
- A hands-on, resilient, and adaptable leadership style, with the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments and support growth, transformation, and value creation initiatives.
