About Meridian Home Start

Meridian Home Start is looking for three new Non-Executive Board Members to help shape the next stage of our development as a community-focused provider of affordable rented homes in the heart of Greenwich. We work in partnership with local stakeholders to deliver safe, sustainable and well managed housing for local people.

About Us

Established by the Royal Borough of Greenwich, specifically to provide affordable privately rented homes in the borough. We currently own and manage 208 homes with a further 62 in development.

The Role

We are seeking to strengthen and increase the board through the appointment of three Non-executive directors who can bring strategic insight, independent judgement and constructive challenge. One appointment will also chair our newly established Audit & Risk Committee, helping to embed effective assurance, risk and financial oversight arrangements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
