Chair of Board
Remunerated, Specialist Housing Association, London NW5
Salary £4,850 pa plus expenses
Our client is a smaller social housing provider committed to providing safe, affordable, and high-quality homes across London and Hertfordshire.
- Their track record in housing is established and proven.
- They are ambitious for the services that they deliver.
- It is an exciting time to take on this crucial role as Chair of the Board.
- The Housing Association has embarked on a significant development programme over the coming years, making a £40 million investment into new social and affordable housing whilst retaining their commitment to their supported housing roots.
The Board and the Executive Management Team have been taking the Association forward to the next stage in its development and the stepping down of the Chair presents a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to lead on the strategic and governance challenges faced by our client and other smaller associations.

Strong governance is vital to continuing success and we are looking to recruit an individual with significant non-executive (ideally chair) and/or leadership experience in a regulated sector, who shares a passion for housing. Whilst not necessarily having a career in housing you should have a good knowledge of the social housing sector, issues, and risks.
