Purposeful stewardship. Inclusive leadership. Better care.

2026 marks a significant milestone for Mastercall Healthcare as we celebrate 30 years of providing outstanding care to patients and communities across Greater Manchester and the North West. About Mastercall

Mastercall Healthcare is an award-winning social enterprise delivering innovative urgent, primary, and out-of-hospital NHS services across Greater Manchester and beyond. We are passionate about providing the right care, in the right place, at the right time.

We are proud to be accredited by Social Enterprise UK and to have achieved a CQC rating of Outstanding for Caring and Good overall.

At the heart of our organisation is our people and culture framework:

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Our Non-Executive Directors play a vital role in providing independent judgement, constructive challenge, and strategic insight to support the continued success of Mastercall.

As an equal member of our unitary Board, you will contribute to strategic development, scrutinise organisational performance, and provide assurance that Mastercall remains financially sustainable, well governed, and focused on delivering safe, high-quality care. You will help ensure that patient outcomes, workforce experience, innovation, and social value remain central to Board decision-making.
