Join the GearForm group and support an employee-owned award-winning enterprise as an independent Chair of Trustees

About Us

GearForm Limited owns and oversees the companies within the GearForm group and is headquartered in Wadhurst, East Sussex. In 2022, the group became an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), creating a business owned for the benefit of its employees. Today we employ more than 300 people worldwide across the UK, Poland, The Netherlands, USA and Colombia.

Employee ownership is central to how we operate. Our Advisory Council, made up of elected employee representatives from across the group, ensures our employee-owners (who we call Partners) have a voice in shaping our future. We are committed to strengthening employee ownership whilst making a positive contribution to our communities and protecting the environment for future generations.

What We Do

Our businesses are internationally recognised for developing high-performance outdoor products with sustainability at their core. We foster a supportive, flexible working environment where people can do their best work, offering competitive benefits and a hybrid approach to working.

Nikwax Limited develops and manufactures care products and material systems for outdoor clothing, footwear and equipment. By developing and producing our products in-house, we deliver exceptional quality and innovation while keeping sustainability at the heart of everything we do. We are proud to be the only outdoor company to receive both the Queen's Award and the King's Award for Enterprise in Sustainable Development, and have been recognised as one of the Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025. Since 1977, we have remained committed to reducing our environmental impact and maintaining carbon-balanced operations.

Páramo Limited designs durable, high-performance outdoor clothing that helps people stay comfortable in all conditions. Ethical manufacturing is integral to our business, with our garments produced by our skilled team at our factory in Bogotá, Colombia. This partnership not only delivers exceptional products but also creates meaningful employment opportunities and lasting social impact.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
