About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional individual to become Chair of our Quality Committee, a key governance role with responsibility for supporting the Governing Body's oversight of educational quality, student outcomes and the overall student experience.

Working closely with the Governing Body, Principals and senior leaders, you will lead a committee that provides strategic challenge and assurance on matters including:

Key Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • Senior leadership, board or governance experience
  • The ability to analyse complex information, ask insightful questions and hold leaders constructively to account
  • Experience of further education is desirable
  • Strong strategic, analytical and chairing skills
  • A commitment to improving opportunities and outcomes for learners is essential
