About the LTA

The LTA’s vision is “Tennis Opened Up” and its mission is the transform communities through tennis by making it welcoming, enjoyable and inspiring to everyone. We have a similar approach to developing and promoting padel, one of the fastest growing sports in the country.

Role Overview

The Investment Advisory Group supports the LTA by providing independent oversight and expert guidance on the performance of the organisation’s investment portfolio.

Through two mandates held by LTA and its official charity, LTA Tennis Foundation, the Investment Advisory Group oversees the management of medium-term funds (currently with W1M and Rothchild & Co), totalling c£45m. The total held in short-term funds in money markets and UK gilts are of a similar magnitude.

Working under the authority of the LTA Audit Committee, it reviews and evaluates the results achieved by external fund managers, assesses whether investment strategies remain appropriate versus risk profiles approved by respective boards, and offers informed recommendations to help safeguard the LTA’s financial assets. Through its scrutiny and advice, the group helps to ensure that the LTA’s funds are managed responsibly, transparently, and in line with the organisation’s long-term objectives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
