Flutter Entertainment is transforming HR through a comprehensive digital modernisation, implementing cutting-edge systems to create a seamless, self-service employee experience while driving operational excellence.
As we continue our global expansion, we’re looking for a hands-on Change Manager to drive successful adoption of HR system enhancements and process improvements. You’ll be a key enabler of readiness, training and communications helping to ensure change is not just planned, but executed effectively at all levels.

Change Strategy & Planning
- Design and execute change management strategies for HR system enhancements and HR process improvements

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

How you will do it:
We’re looking for someone who rolls their sleeves up and gets stuck in. You’re practical, delivery-focused and energised by making change happen, not just designing it. You take ownership, move at pace, and don’t wait to be asked.
You’re naturally curious and eager to learn, especially in a fast-evolving HR tech environment. You’re hungry for the opportunity to make an impact and keen to grow your experience within a global, transforming organisation.
You enjoy being around the business, coming into the office, building relationships and making connections across teams and functions. You recognise that successful change happens through trust and visibility, and you’re comfortable engaging face-to-face to build momentum and credibility.
Skills required:
- HR background (People Partner, HR Generalist, or similar) with deep understanding of employee lifecycle and operational realities
- System implementation experience with HR platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar) from either change/project or end-user perspective
- Practical change delivery experience in fast-paced, complex environments
- Training and facilitation capabilities with confidence presenting to diverse audiences
- Advanced PowerPoint and presentation creation abilities
- Strong project planning and tracking capabilities
- Experience with change management tools and methodologies
