Contract: 6 months

Salary: £170,000 per annum Location: London - Hybrid working

We are recruiting an experienced Change & Adoption Manager to join the Professional Services team of a leading global technology company.

This is an opportunity to lead organisational change and adoption strategies for enterprise customers implementing digital experience and business technology solutions.

You will work directly with senior customer stakeholders, technology consultants and project delivery teams to ensure successful implementations, strong user adoption and measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end organisational change management (OCM) strategies for enterprise technology implementations.
  • Develop change and adoption roadmaps aligned with customer objectives and transformation programmes.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis, organisational readiness assessments and change impact assessments.
  • Design and deliver communication strategies, training programmes and user enablement initiatives.
  • Facilitate executive workshops, leadership alignment sessions and change champion networks.
  • Partner with project managers and technology consultants to integrate change activities into implementation plans.
  • Define and track adoption KPIs, identify risks and demonstrate measurable business outcomes.
  • Support post-implementation adoption, sustainment and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years' experience in organisational change management, change consulting or technology adoption.
  • Proven experience supporting enterprise software implementations, ideally across CRM, CMS, marketing technology or digital experience platforms.
  • Strong experience developing and delivering change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, readiness assessments and training initiatives.
  • Confidence engaging and influencing senior executives, business leaders and enterprise customers.
  • Experience managing resistance to change and driving adoption across complex organisations.
  • Strong communication, presentation, workshop facilitation and consulting skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment with distributed delivery teams.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience within professional services, technology consulting or systems integration.
  • Exposure to Adobe Experience Cloud or similar enterprise digital experience platforms.
  • Prosci, ADKAR or CCMP change management certification.
  • Experience with Agile or hybrid technology delivery methodologies.
  • Background in digital transformation, marketing technology or customer experience initiatives.

Contract Benefits
