Change Delivery is the driving force behind Sky. We deliver change at pace in a complex environment, helping turn ideas into reality, from launching new products and propositions to improving how our contact centres and engineers serve our customers.

As technology continues to evolve, we're building a new Change AI capability to transform the way Change Delivery operates and the broader transformation of the Change, Supply Chain and Operations directorate. This role will identify, help prioritise and define target solutions whether through AI, automation, business systems or process improvement. Working closely with Change Delivery teams, you'll analyse opportunities, develop practical solutions that simplify ways of working, reduce manual effort and create capacity for teams to focus on higher-value activities.

What you’ll do

  • Identify, assess and analyse improvement opportunities to support Change Delivery teams and other business stakeholders.
  • Participate in leadership workshops focusing on planning and phasing transformation workstreams.
  • Identify the most effective way to simplify ways of working, whether through AI, automation, business systems or process improvement.
  • Assist with designing, prototyping and testing practical solutions to simplify processes and improve ways of working.
  • Work collaboratively with Change Delivery teams and relevant stakeholders to implement practical solutions, supporting their successful adoption and ensuring they deliver business value.
  • Contribute to measuring outcomes, capturing benefits and iterating solutions through a test and learn approach.
  • Help develop reusable tools, guidance, templates and best practice to support consistent delivery and continuous improvement across Change Delivery.
  • Maintain an awareness of relevant AI tools, technologies and improvement trends, bringing forward practical ideas that could help simplify or improve ways of working.

What you’ll bring

Essential criteria:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and systems to understand business problems and assess improvement opportunities.
  • Strong awareness of emerging AI technologies and enthusiasm for understanding how they can be applied in practical business settings.
  • Demonstrable experience applying AI, automation, digital technologies, business systems or improvement techniques to simplify processes and improve ways of working.
  • Experience contributing to business improvement or transformation initiatives within a complex organisation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and implement practical, scalable solutions.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas in a simple and practical way.
  • Ability to learn and apply new technologies, tools and ways of working in a fast-changing environment.
  • Naturally curious and innovative, with an experimental mindset and enthusiasm for testing ideas, learning from outcomes and continuously improving the way we work.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
