Change Analyst

Location: Hursley (hybrid - 2-3 days per week on-site)

Must be a UK National with minimum 5 years unbroken residency***

Our Client is hiring a Change Analyst to help deliver safe, well-governed change across IT services. If you enjoy bringing structure to complex environments and keeping stakeholders aligned, this is a great opportunity to make a real difference.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinate change activities across technical and business teams
  • Apply strong planning and prioritisation to support effective change scheduling and governance
  • Use ITIL Change Enablement principles to assess risk and make balanced governance decisions
  • Support change documentation and process discipline, with strong attention to detail
  • Work with IT Service Management (ITSM) tooling (e.g. ServiceNow) to drive visibility and control
  • Contribute to incident, problem, and release management awareness to support smooth outcomes

What You'll Bring

  • Experience working in an IT Change Management or Service Management environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to assess risk and consider impact before decisions are made
  • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and keeping work on track
  • Familiarity with governance processes and change risk/impact assessment techniques
  • Understanding of operational readiness and service acceptance concepts
  • Knowledge of ITSM platforms (e.g. ServiceNow), configuration/asset management principles, and service level management

Additional Information

Nice to have: experience facilitating CAB or governance meetings, release management/service transition knowledge, and enterprise IT exposure
