Change Analyst – Supply Chain and Logistics
£34,000 to £40,000 plus great benefits (Work Level 6A)
Manchester city centre (hybrid)
We’re looking for a Change Analyst to join our Supply Chain team here at Co-op.
You’ll work collaboratively with colleagues across our supply chain and logistics network, external partnerships, and programmes to support partnership and network review activity and change initiatives. We’ll look to you to help shape future ways of working, understand operational impacts, and support the successful delivery of network changes across our supply chain operations.

What you’ll do
- Lead and co-ordinate workshops to capture current and future ways of working across our Supply Chain and Logistics teams
- Analyse operational processes and support the development of new ways of working to enable partnership and network changes
- Support the delivery of Channels and Optimisation plans
- Own and maintain milestone plans, stock phasing activity, and change-related actions across multiple projects
- Assess risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where possible and helping to solve issues
- Create and deliver clear communications that help colleagues understand upcoming changes
- Build and maintain strong relationships across our supply chain and logistics network, programme teams, and external partnerships
- Use data and insight to support decision-making and find opportunities to improve business performance

What you’ll bring

- Experience working within a project, change, or programme environment
- A good understanding of supply chain and logistics operations, including warehouse and transport activities
- Strong analytical and numeracy skills, with good attention to detail
- The ability to interpret information from multiple sources and identify risks, opportunities, and impacts
- Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Good communication and relationship-building skills
