Description

Great People Work Here

Transforming WHAT we do and HOW we do it.

We are embarking on a huge program of global business transformation enabled by the implementation of a new global technology solution. The delivery and embedding of this technology solution across our highly successful and highly de-centralized business will change the way we work forever, enabling greater data insight, simplification of processes and ways of working and creating greater collaboration across the business.

Our TwO OCM team are searching for a Change and Adoption Manager, to be a part of our biggest TwO Transformation programme “Optimus”. Initially this role will be delivering the change and adoption for the remaining “waves” (go-lives), however this role will look beyond the programme and be a part of shaping how we do OCM in TwO in the future.

This is a global role and requires a Change Manager who can demonstrate hands-on experience of implementing change on major transformation programmes.

Experience of ERP and major transformation programmes is a must and ideally PROSCI qualified (or experience of implementing ADKAR).

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for global implementation of change and adoption across the multiple waves of Optimus, using the existing OCM Optimus “blue-print” and adapting it to fit the local requirements. From revising CIAs through to ensuring continuous post-implementation adoption
  • Global team management of Optimus Change Managers and management of specialist local OCM resources as required
  • Work with the OCM Director on key vendor selection for local markets where specialist OCM resourcing will be sourced for Optimus delivery
  • Responsible for OCM change and adoption measurement and metrics suite
  • Refresh the Optimus OCM strategy (where required) and contribute to the roadmap beyond Optimus, including org design to support OCM in the future
  • Key member of OCM Leadership team contributing strategically on how we implement OCM beyond Optimus and in day-to-day decision making

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
