Key Responsibilities
Do you have experience in change management in a complex organisation? We’re looking for a Change and Adoption Partner to work alongside the Change and Adoption Manager, joining a team that is responsible for the facilitation and governance of the Change Management process across various projects within Clarion Housing Group.
Utilising your understanding of the principles and practices of change management methodologies, you’ll work closely with project teams to identify appropriate change management strategies, communication and training plans that will ensure successful adoption of the change.
With an ability to manage relationships with various audiences and influence others to move towards a common vision or goal, you’ll be the key point of contact for the business areas impacted by the change and will engage with stakeholders to ensure that they understand both the impact on their teams and how to best support them.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
