Altum Consulting is partnering with a pharmaceutical business looking for an experienced Change & Communications Lead to support a range of new and ongoing transformation projects.

The initial focus will be a major customer engagement and omnichannel transformation, alongside support across GBS change projects, executive communications and optimisation of the regulatory approval process. Prior experience within the pharmaceutical industry is key.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own change activity across the customer engagement programme.
  • Review and refresh existing Prosci, ADKAR and Change Impact work.
  • Drive adoption, reinforcement and stakeholder engagement.
  • Create communications including newsletters, presentations and leadership messaging.
  • Support change champion networks and senior leaders.
  • Provide change support across additional transformation initiatives.

About You

  • Strong Change Management and Communications experience.
  • Comfortable joining programmes already in flight.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communications skills.
  • Pharmaceutical or regulated industry experience.
  • Prosci certified.
  • Omnichannel, customer engagement or commercial transformation experience would be highly relevant.
