Change & Communications Lead – B2B SaaS

Remote UK | 6 Months + Likely Extension
£65,000–£75,000 pro rata OR £450–£550 per day
FTC or Consultant / Contract

YourCode Recruitment is hiring an experienced Change & Communications Lead to support an established B2B SaaS organisation through a significant product transformation and launch programme.

This is not a traditional internal communications role. You’ll work at the centre of a major product change, taking ownership of communications, stakeholder engagement, customer transition and launch readiness. Working across Product, Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, Support and senior leadership, you'll ensure internal and external stakeholders receive clear, timely and effective communications throughout the transition.

The Role

You’ll own and coordinate the communications programme supporting the product change from early engagement and launch readiness through to customer migration and post-launch adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the product change communications strategy
  • Build communication plans for different customer and stakeholder groups
  • Manage communications across pre-launch, launch, migration and post-launch adoption
  • Develop customer migration and transition communications
  • Coordinate launch announcements, updates and readiness activity
  • Create clear messaging, FAQs, customer communications and briefing materials
  • Work closely with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, Sales and Support
  • Manage senior and executive stakeholder communications
  • Maintain launch calendars, communication milestones and governance
  • Monitor stakeholder readiness and engagement
  • Identify communication and adoption risks throughout the programme
  • Support customer-facing teams with messaging, toolkits and materials

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
