Change and Engagement Manager

We are looking for a Change and Engagement Manager to join our Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), playing a key role in delivering strategic change initiatives across the firm.

You will develop and execute change strategies that drive engagement, adoption, and business readiness across projects and programmes. Working closely with senior leaders, project teams, and stakeholders, you'll create impactful change plans, communications, and engagement activities that help ensure successful project outcomes and lasting organisational change.

The Team

The EPMO is responsible for providing a firm-wide view of prioritised projects and programmes, overseeing governance, portfolio planning, standardised delivery frameworks, and ensuring investments align with strategic objectives. The team supports the successful delivery of change across the business, partnering with leaders and project teams to embed effective change management practices and maximise the value realised from key initiatives.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record of leading and delivering successful change initiatives within a professional services or corporate environment.
  • 5+ years' experience in organisational change management and/or communications roles.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • Experience developing and implementing change strategies, impact assessments, communications plans, and adoption activities.
  • Strong planning, organisational, and project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to coach and support leaders, managers, and project teams through periods of change.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using data and feedback to evaluate effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Change Management certification (such as Prosci or ACMP) is highly desirable.
