Join our Change and Transformation Team and play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing critical change initiatives within organisations.
You will be equipped with practical experience in project management, business analysis, and change management methodologies, applying this to exciting client assignments like organisational restructuring and change impact analysis.
You will join FDM as an Associate Consultant in the Change and Transformation Practice, where you’ll be delivering projects for our clients across a wide range of sectors and specialist areas. Client assignments could see you operating as a Change Manager, Transformation Manager, Project Manager, Principal Business Analyst, Programme Director, and more. Career development at FDM will see you progress to Consultant, Senior Consultant, then Principal Consultant, as you develop your skills and experience delivering expert consultative work for clients.

Minimum qualifications
- Degree level qualification (2:2 or higher)
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work in a team
- Demonstrable interest and desire to work in technology
- Commitment to at least two years of employment with FDM
- The right to work in the UK
