Change Business Analyst
Location: Livingston (Hybrid - 2 days per week in the office)
Contract: 9 Months
IR35 Status: Inside IR35
We are currently seeking an experienced Change Business Analyst to join a market-leading organisation on an initial 9-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a range of high-profile business and technology change initiatives, supporting the delivery of innovative products, services, and customer-focused solutions. You will play a key role in shaping change roadmaps, defining operating models, gathering requirements, and ensuring successful delivery across strategic transformation programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to understand requirements and translate business needs into effective solutions.
- Define and document current and future state operating models.
- Lead requirements elicitation activities, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
- Analyse and assess technology and operational impacts across change initiatives.
- Support Agile project delivery methodologies and ways of working.
- Assist with change management planning and execution.
- Work closely with the established Business Analysis function to improve processes and define best practices.
- Produce and maintain high-quality project documentation, including analysis artefacts, process maps, project materials, and knowledge repositories.
- Support business testing activities for new solutions and customer-facing applications.

Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst delivering strategic change and transformation projects.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage effectively with SMEs, business leaders, and technology teams.
- Experience defining Target Operating Models (TOMs) and conducting current/future state process mapping.
- Strong workshop facilitation and requirements gathering experience.
- Experience working within Agile environments.
- Ability to work independently, plan analysis activities, and manage priorities with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Exposure to both business and IT change projects would be highly advantageous.
