Project Falcon | Tarmac
Hybrid Working | Quorn/Mountsorrel (2 days per week) + regular UK travel

Lead Change. Drive Adoption. Shape the Future.

Tarmac is embarking on one of its most significant transformation programmes, and we're looking for an exceptional Change, Communications & Training Lead to play a pivotal role in its success.

As part of Project Falcon, you'll lead the people side of a major business transformation, delivering the change strategy for the implementation of a new order-to-dispatch system across the organisation. This is a high-profile opportunity to influence senior leaders, engage frontline teams, and ensure lasting adoption across multiple sites and business functions.

If you're passionate about helping organisations navigate complex change and have a proven track record leading large-scale transformation programmes, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

As the Change, Communications & Training Lead, you'll own the end-to-end change strategy and readiness approach for Project Falcon.

Leading a team of change, communications and training specialists, you'll ensure employees are engaged, equipped and ready for change at every stage of the programme.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering the overall change strategy, roadmap and success measures
  • Leading and inspiring a multidisciplinary Change Management team
  • Driving stakeholder engagement, sponsorship and resistance management strategies
  • Overseeing programme communications through dedicated communications specialists
  • Ensuring effective training design, delivery and adoption through the training function
  • Establishing business readiness frameworks and providing go/no-go recommendations to programme governance
  • Monitoring adoption metrics and implementing targeted interventions where needed
  • Managing change risks, dependencies, budgets and resource planning
  • Building strong relationships with senior leaders, operational teams and key stakeholders across the business
  • Supporting successful go-live, hypercare and transition into business-as-usual operations

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
