Position

We are looking for a Change & Communications Manager to drive the adoption of AI-powered customer care across our brands. You will lead the change management, communications and enablement activities that help teams understand, trust and adopt new ways of working.

This is a hands-on role, with a strong focus on change management and adoption, complemented by communications and training. You will work across different brands, balancing a common approach with their specific needs.

Responsibilities

Change Management & Adoption

  • Develop and execute the change management approach for the AI Customer Care programme
  • Assess change impacts, stakeholder needs and readiness across brands and teams
  • Develop scalable adoption and enablement approaches while adapting to local needs
  • Identify resistance and adoption barriers and develop actions to address them
  • Create training and enablement materials and support teams through the transition
  • Gather feedback and continuously adapt the change approach based on what is happening on the ground

Communications & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Own stakeholder communications and messaging throughout the programme
  • Create clear communication, training materials, FAQs and programme updates for different audiences
  • Adapt communication for senior leaders, managers and frontline teams
  • Build feedback channels, surface concerns and help stakeholders understand the impact and benefits of AI-powered customer care
  • Work closely with brand teams to ensure communications are relevant while remaining aligned with the overall programme

Requirements

  • 2+ years of demonstrable experience in change management and communications, with a strong focus on managing and enabling change
  • Proven experience personally delivering change activities, including change planning, stakeholder engagement, communications, training or adoption
  • Experience delivering change in a technology, digital or transformation environment and a strong interest in technology
  • Ability to independently develop change frameworks, approaches and materials in a new or evolving environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage different audiences and challenge constructively
  • Empathetic and confident, with the ability to understand concerns around change while keeping stakeholders aligned with programme objectives
  • Hands-on, proactive and organised, with the ability to work independently
  • Located near one of our European offices, as this is a hybrid role

  • Change certification (e.g., Prosci / ADKAR)
  • Experience with AI adoption or contact centre transformation
  • Multi-brand / multi-market communications experience
