Change Communications Specialist
As a Change Communications Specialist for this large London-based public sector organisation, you'll focus on crafting and delivering clear, effective communications to support technology transformation. Your work will help ensure that stakeholders understand and engage with important changes, keeping projects on track and aligned with organisational goals.

Description
- Develop and implement communication strategies for technology change initiatives.
- Create engaging content tailored to diverse audiences across this hierarchical organisation.
- Collaborate with project teams to align messaging with overall objectives.
- Ensure stakeholders are well-informed and prepared for upcoming changes.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication campaigns.
- Provide expert advice on best practices in change communications.
- Manage communication channels to maintain consistency and clarity.
- Address feedback from stakeholders to refine messaging as needed.

Profile
To be successful on this change project the Change Communications Specialist will bring the following skills and attributes:
- A proven track record in delivering communications for complex technology change projects, particularly with hard to reach audiences.
- Knowledge of ADKAR model and application across large, diverse workforces, business readiness and building change networks is a distinct advantage.
- Is as comfortable being strategic as using your strong writing skills.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
- Knowledge of communication tools and platforms, particularly effective use of AI tools for audience reach.
- A proactive and organised approach to managing multiple tasks.

Job Offer
- Daily rate up to £450 (umbrella), dependent on relevant knowledge and track record
- 6m rolling, vetting will be required.
