What You'll Do…
As a Change Controller, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and administration of the Agratas change management process. Acting as the central point of contact for change requests, you will ensure changes are managed effectively, progress through the appropriate governance routes, and are delivered in line with business requirements.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive process compliance, support business users, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and help develop the systems, tools and reporting needed to support a growing and fast-paced organisation.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for new change requests, triaging and coordinating activities across the business.
- Facilitate regular review meetings with stakeholders, project teams and change requestors to ensure timely progression of change requests.
- Monitor and manage the lifecycle of change requests, ensuring governance requirements and approvals are completed.
- Develop, maintain and improve change management processes, procedures and supporting documentation.
- Create and deliver training materials to support business-wide understanding and adoption of change management practices.
- Own and administer change management tools, templates and checklists.
- Monitor process performance, identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and provide regular updates on change management activities and performance.
- Support the implementation and ongoing enhancement of IT systems supporting change management processes.
- Act as deputy to the Change Management Lead when required.

Agratas is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons. We will design, develop and manufacture high-quality, high-performance, sustainable batteries for the mobility and energy sectors. We are a scale-up business with a start-up mentality and the backing of a well-established parent company.
The UK business headquarters is in the Midlands, and we are currently building a state-of-the-art battery manufacturing facility in Bridgwater, Somerset. This multi-billion-pound investment is one of the largest ever made in the UK automotive sector and will create thousands of jobs across the region and wider supply chain.
What You'll Bring…
- Experience in change management within a manufacturing, automotive, engineering or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of change control processes, governance and stakeholder management.
- Experience improving business processes and driving continuous improvement.
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Degree qualified in Engineering, Quality, Business Management or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with PLM, ERP, MES, Power BI, PowerApps or SharePoint would be advantageous.
- Experience within automotive, Tier 1 suppliers, or a fast-paced scale-up environment is beneficial.
