Role Summary
- Ownership of Maintenance and Reactive Works.
- Ensuring RAMS are reviewed by the site technical engineers for all works in line with site processes.
- Ensuring missed maintenances, break fixes, projects and ad-hoc works are booked in without conflicts with existing work.
- Ensuring Client Change Process followed.
- Ensure Subcontractors fulfil their contractual requirements.
- Attending Subcontractor Review Meetings.
- Creating Subcontractor Reports to present to senior management and customer representatives.
- Ensuring all subcontractor reports accounted for and filed in line with site processes.
- Attending meetings with the operations manager and contract support team to ensure works completed are invoiced and sub-contractors paid.
- Attending Client Meetings around works planning and change processes.
- Ensure that engineering subcontractors are appropriately supervised and comply with contractual commitments and site operating processes.
- Develop a good working relationship with all members of CBRE staff and clients’ staff.
- Ensure a professional image of CBRE is presented to clients and visitors and ensure excellence in customer service is always delivered and promoted.
- Ensure that professional and technical skills are maintained through a commitment to personal development and life-long-learning.
- Responsible for ensuring training and personal development kept up to date.
- Strong Team Culture will be required.

Experience / Skillset Required

- Demonstrable experience in a similar role within a similar organisation.
- Sound understanding and experience of meeting health and safety obligations with regard to maintenance activities.
- Strong subcontractor management skills.
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to present during meetings.
- Numerate & literate.
- Self-motivated, with a high level of personal integrity.
- Able to work well both in a team and alone.
- Organised, able to prioritise and deliver within high-pressure environments.
- Courteous and presentable as the role is both front and back of house, with exposure to the client at all levels.
- Takes Ownership & Accountability.
