- Lead stakeholder engagement across senior leaders, business teams and technology delivery teams to drive alignment and support for change.
- Assess business impacts and develop strategies to support adoption, manage resistance and embed new ways of working.
- Design and deliver communications, engagement and knowledge-sharing activities to build awareness, understanding and confidence in AI solutions.
- Drive business readiness activities, ensuring people, processes and teams are prepared for change.
- Provide governance, oversight and quality assurance of the training plan and associated deliverables developed by third-party suppliers, ensuring they are fit for purpose, aligned to programme objectives and organisational needs, and support successful business adoption.
- Monitor adoption and change outcomes, identifying risks and implementing actions to maximise uptake and benefits realisation.
- Provide business change expertise and advice to programme, business and technology stakeholders to support successful delivery and sustainable change.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
