Change Delivery Manager

£575/day Inside IR35
Hybrid - 1/2 times per month in Liverpool

I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Change Manager to join a major transformation programme within the public health sector.

This is a delivery-focused role, requiring someone who can take ownership of change initiatives from planning through to implementation, while working closely with operational teams and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of complex change and transformation initiatives across operational environments
  • Develop and manage change plans, ensuring activities are delivered to agreed timescales and outcomes
  • Work closely with operational teams to understand current ways of working, identify improvements and support the transition to new processes
  • Manage stakeholder engagement across multiple teams, ensuring effective communication and adoption of change
  • Identify risks, dependencies and barriers to successful implementation and drive these through to resolution
  • Coordinate delivery across multidisciplinary teams and maintain clear governance, reporting and delivery plans
  • Support the design and implementation of new operating models, processes and ways of working
  • Ensure transformation activity delivers measurable operational improvements and sustainable change

  • Strong Change Management and Delivery Management experience within the public sector
  • Proven background delivering operational transformation programmes
  • Experience managing complex change across large organisations
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Comfortable operating between strategic objectives and hands-on delivery
