Description

Transforming WHAT we do and HOW we do it.

We are embarking on a huge program of global business transformation enabled by the implementation of a new global technology solution. The delivery and embedding of this technology solution across our highly successful and highly de-centralized business will change the way we work forever, enabling greater data insight, simplification of processes and ways of working and creating greater collaboration across the business.

The Project Optimus Change Director will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of the project through the careful management of the change activities required to achieve it.

The role holder will focus on the organisational changes required to ensure a perfect ‘go-live’ in each location. This will include identification of changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. They will also play a lead role on project engagement, and communication activities, as well as training design and delivery.

The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize any resistance to the changes. The Change Director will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees. These improvements will increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.

The Change Director will lead a team of specialists directly and will also need to work through many others in the organisation (including an extended change network) to achieve a successful outcome, primarily through ensuring that all change management activities are integrated into local implementation plans.

The change manager will act as a coach for senior leaders in helping them fulfil the role of change sponsor within their business unit or function. The change manager may also provide direct support and coaching to all levels of managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions.

Although the programme is international in orientation it is envisaged that the majority of this role will be performed from the home-base of the Change Director. However, as with all international projects it is likely that, from time-to-time, there will be the need to travel to internationally. It is not envisaged that there will be the need to spend extended amounts of time away from the home base.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
