What is the role responsible for?

As we undergo a significant transformation, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Change Enablement Manager to lead our efforts in ensuring successful adoption and utilization of new processes and technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting strategic direction for training and adoption efforts for Transformation, creating training resources, driving user adoption, and measuring the effectiveness of these initiatives, with a particular focus on leveraging digital adoption platforms.

What will you be doing day-to-day?

Here are a few examples of what you could be involved with:

  • Set and implement strategic direction for adoption and training initiatives to align with Transformation goals.
  • Manage relationships with key training partners, including internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive the adoption of new technologies, features, and processes in line with adult learning principles.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of adoption and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Identify and manage anticipated resistance to adoption and develop strategies to address it.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive training documentation library.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct training needs analysis, assess readiness and create tailored learning solutions.
  • Provide coaching and support to Change Champions, managers, supervisors to help them lead adoption within their teams.
  • Create and maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials.
  • Utilize digital adoption platforms to enhance adoption and training experiences.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in training and adoption.

What you’ll bring

You don’t need experience in everything listed—but we’re especially keen to hear from people with some of the following skills:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in training, instructional design, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using e-learning tools, and digital adoption platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
