About Your Role
The Workforce Transformation practice in the UK is looking for a Change & Engagement Lead to drive organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, user adoption, and business change across a large-scale Oracle HCM transformation programme. Working throughout the full project lifecycle, we are looking for a senior lead to work with client stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working while supporting delivery, governance, communications, training, and go-live readiness.
The role acts as the primary change partner for assigned organizations, helping them prepare for, implement, and embed business and operational change.
Responsibilities
Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with senior business stakeholders and project teams.
- Act as a key liaison between client organizations, programme teams, and delivery partners.
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions focused on change, readiness, adoption, benefits, and communications.
- Support stakeholder governance forums, meetings, and decision-making activities.
Programme Delivery & Governance
- Maintain RAID logs, action trackers, and project reporting to support effective programme delivery.
- Support organizations in managing project plans, resource planning, and governance activities.
- Facilitate readiness reviews and governance checkpoints, identifying gaps and driving actions.
- Prepare governance materials, stakeholder updates, and decision-support documentation.
Change Management & Organisational Readiness
- Develop and deliver readiness assessments, change plans, and adoption strategies.
- Support organizations in preparing for new ways of working and process changes.
- Establish and mobilise business change networks and change champions.
- Identify and manage organizational change impacts and adoption risks.
Business Process Transformation
- Facilitate business process re-engineering workshops to map current workflows and design future Oracle HCM processes.
- Support business process readiness planning and the implementation of policy, process, and operating model changes.
- Develop process documentation, handbooks, and standard operating procedures.

Communications, Training, Adoption & Go-Live Support
- Develop and deliver communications, training, and engagement activities to drive stakeholder readiness and user adoption.
- Support benefits realisation by establishing baselines, tracking outcomes, and aligning activities with wider change and transformation plans.
- Coordinate go-live readiness, deployment activities, and hypercare support to ensure a smooth transition and successful embedding of new ways of working.
- Capture and share lessons learned, best practices, and knowledge assets to support continuous improvement across future deployments.
Essential Experience
- Proven experience leading business change and organisational readiness activities within large, complex transformation programmes in a consulting environment.
- Experience working across multiple organizations, business units, or deployment waves with competing priorities and stakeholder demands.
- Strong experience in implementing Oracle HCM, cloud HR, HRIS, or enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
- Extensive experience partnering with Public Services organisations to provide consulting and advisory services.
- Demonstrable ability to engage senior business stakeholders and translate programme requirements into practical, business-focused actions.
- Experience facilitating workshops focused on change impacts, process redesign, organisational readiness, communications, training, and benefits realisation.
- Experience managing governance artefacts, including delivery plans, progress reporting, RAID logs, readiness assessments, and decision-making materials.
- Experience supporting go-live preparation, command centre activity, and post-deployment stabilisation.
- Experience supporting workforce, HR, or people-function transformation programmes.
Knowledge, Skills, and Capabilities
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, organisational readiness approaches, and stakeholder engagement practices.
- Understanding of business process mapping, future-state operating model design, and adoption planning.
- Ability to develop concise, decision-focused materials for both senior leadership and operational governance forums.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, influencing, and relationship management skills.
- Strong planning, analytical, problem-solving, and coordination capabilities.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across business, programme, and delivery partner teams.

Qualifications
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- Professional change management accreditation (e.g. APMG Change Management or Prosci) is desirable.
