We’re currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Change Execution Enablement Manager. This role is to be based in Birmingham, Sheffield, Leeds or Chester.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the center of HBUK’s simplification and Automation agenda. You will have a direct influence on outcomes that matter, customer experience, colleague productivity, operational resilience and speed to value.

In this role you will:

  • Collaboratively design, enable and deploy consistent and comprehensive customer journey frameworks, to deliver on business and customer outcomes
  • Provide enablement and guidance on how to run value streams and AI training
  • Support and coach teams to optimise agile/value stream ways of working through practical guidance, facilitation and structured artefacts
  • Applying customer journey thinking to shape change approach, prioritise pain points and protect customer outcomes
  • Enable safe and scalable adoption of approved, internal AI capabilities to improve colleague productivity and customer outcomes, in partnership with relevant stakeholders
  • Curate and deliver regular senior stakeholder and team engagement: communication content, training/ enablement materials (toolkits, FAQs, playbooks, briefing packs, immersion sessions); ensuring clarity, consistency and practical re-usability
  • Strong planning and co-ordination skills to deliver the strategic landscape for future growth, manage priorities and coordinate multiple workstreams, all with a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and aligned governance
  • Bring diverse perspectives together, build trust, and create shared ownership across teams, Value Streams and working groups to deliver a continual improvement approach to solutions

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Extensive experience in working in business strategy, customer journey mapping, value stream construct and agile ways of working
  • A background in either Retail Banking / Wealth or Commercial Banking is recommended but you must have a strong knowledge of the UK market
  • Demonstrable experience delivering change enablement/adoption
  • Understanding of AI capabilities, how to operationalise adoption and how to use AI responsibly and boost productivity
  • Practical AI literacy, able to explain capabilities, identify adoption barriers and enable rollout responsibly
  • Ability to grasp complex business problems and design solutions to address these to deliver customer and business outcomes
  • Ability to take a commercial stance when evaluating decisions and the ability to translate insights into actionable change
  • Ability to influence a large and diverse set of stakeholders including senior execs
  • An ability to communicate through visualisation and storytelling
  • Strong coaching, training and facilitation skills, including content curation
